The website "buydarjeelingtea.com" and its contents are the registered property of M/s FLOWERY TEA LEAF PVT LTD(Seller) and no part may be used or reproduced by anyone without written permission from the website owners.

All tea and other allied products offered in this website are subject to availability. In case a product ordered by the customer (Buyer) is not in stock, the seller will offer the customer the choice to take alternative product(s) of the same value, OR an adjustment towards a future purchase OR a full refund.

Tea being an agricultural commodity, there may be slight variations between batches and teas from the same estate from season to season. While the seller makes every effort to match the quality with price as advertised, we would like our customers to note that seasonal and periodic variations do happen, and we cannot be held responsible for the same, nor does it change the value of the product unless the same is determined and accepted by us after due examination.

We may decide to replace a product that does not meet the expectations of the buyer or offer a refund at our sole discretion, and considering all necessary circumstances. No claims shall be entertained after 30 (Thirty) days of purchase date. We cannot entertain claims for mistaken/wrong product selection by the customer.

Any returned products must be in proper undamaged condition and not subjected to external smells, dampness, etc  due to improper storage and handling by the customer.

The sellers decision in regard to returns/refunds will be final and binding upon the buyer. 

The seller will not be liable to pay compensation, duties, penalties for loss of business of any kind for circumstances not in their control, beyond a refund of the original price paid by the customer.

In a credit card/ netbanking/ UPI transaction, you must be over 18 years of age and use your own credit/debit card or bank account for purchases from our website.  We will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently or without permission will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. 

we do not store the credit/debit card data of our customers on our website. Your payment is processed through Razorpay who is our payment gateway partner, and we assume no risk and responsibility for data storage on their servers for different vendors.

Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kolkata only.

Cookie Policy - We may collect customer data like Names, addresses, email address, Phone numbers, etc which are voluntarily given to us by the customer for purpose of order delivery. This data remains with us for use in future orders and is not used for any marketing purpose by third parties.
